Here at FieldStone, we make it a priority to take very good care of our REALTORS® , we have an extensive search for our Ready for move in homes and a variety of floor plan and options that will keep your clients happy.
The prospect registration can be faxed, emailed, phoned to the onsite sales counselor or completed on line using the Realtor Registration Link. Once the registration is received an immediate acknowledgement will be returned to the fax or email address provided.
The protection period for each registration is 365 days from receipt and will apply to a specific Fieldstone Homes Community. Should the prospect arrive on the community without the registering realtor associate present we will stand behind our commitment to the realtor associate and pay the selling commission to the agent’s respective broker at such time as the transaction comes to a close.
Should the Fieldstone Homes Community receive a second prospect registration from a realtor associate we will defer to a procuring cause settlement.
Should the respective realtor associate prefer to register a prospect in advance of their visit to the Fieldstone Home Community and/or register a prospect in advance when conditions are uncertain as to the probable community visitation date we will recognize the registration even though the realtor associate did not visit the respective Fieldstone Homes Community.
